'Everything you order, we cook right at the moment,' says owner Antonio Martinez.
Located at the corner of Park and South Graham, Las Delicias has been providing authentic Mexican food to the people of the University District since 2009.

Although Las Delicias (or Las D’s, as the locals call it) is family owned, they do offer three locations - Mendenhall, Park and Quince.  The Park location, however, is where college kids, businessmen and families can be found enjoying the homemade salsa and freshly fried corn tortilla chips.

Antonio Martinez said he manages to keep people of all ages and backgrounds coming to Las D’s although he said he does nothing special. “They feel comfortable and just come back. That’s amazing to me. And I like it that way.”

Inexpensive fashion helps out college students struggling financially.

Students at the university are showing their swag while keeping extra money in their pockets.

The Goodwill located at 574 S. Highland St. is not just any Goodwill. It’s a half-priced Goodwill, which means every priced item in the store is marked half priced.

This Goodwill could not have picked a better location just a few seconds down the street from the University of Memphis campus.
